Initial Visit:

You can make an appointment either by phone call or via email. Please call us at 786-809-4101 to schedule your appointment. Alternatively, you can use your email to register an account on our platform and after you have finished, the account will enable you to send secure messages to your doctor's office, request medication refills, view your lab results, access your account statements, make payments and set up payment plans, schedule appointments, and check-in online before your appointment.
P.S.: Please, never try to schedule your appointment by SMS (text message).

No Call/ No Show Policy:

If you do not show up to your appointment as planned, your future appointments may be affected. Please make sure to show up at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If the visit is virtual, please make sure you have a strong internet connection and are in a private, quiet environment. You may be charged $20 for a "no show" fine if you do not reschedule 24 hours ahead of your appointment time.

Cancellation:

Please make sure to cancel your appointment at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled date and time.

Medical Records:

If you wish to have your medical records sent to another organization or healthcare professional, please make sure to provide your informed consent in writing.

Prescriptions:

Kindly note that we use our messaging system to handle any prescription renewals. Be sure to inform your provider of the prescription refill during your regular in-office or telehealth visits or alert the office at least 4 days prior.

Updating Your Information:

Please note that for our professionals to provide the most appropriate care, they need your most accurate information. Therefore, kindly update your information on your patient account regularly, especially before an appointment.
